Delivery Policy:

What happens after someone makes a purchase online (eg. are they emailed a confirmation or receipt?)

  • Emailed a confirmation of their order

Time frame of how long after payment is made that the customer should receive their goods

  • 2-5 business days

Refund Policy:

What happens if the customer needs to change or cancel an order?

  • If any changes are required to your order please mail us at sales@fourwaysaircon.com.au and we will amend your order as necessary. If you wish to cancel your order this needs to be done on the same day you place your order and/or before the unit is placed out for delivery. A refund (or exchange, if requested) will then be arranged. Refunds can take up to 72 hours from date of payment.

What happens if they are unhappy with the goods received?

  • If you are in any way dissatisfied with your product received, you can log a request by email at sales@fourwaysaircon.com.au on receiving your product. The item will then be collected from you free of charge, and a refund (or exchange, if requested) actioned once the items are returned to our warehouse.

In general, you can return an unwanted product to us at no charge, provided:

  • it is undamaged and unused
  • it is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable).
  • it is not missing any accessories or parts; and
  • you log a return on our email address us within 7 days of delivery to you; and
  • it has not been installed. If the unit has been installed standard warranty and procedures will apply

What happens if they receive faulty or damaged goods? (ensuring that this point complies with Australian Consumer Law)

  • If your product is damaged in any way, you can log a request by email at sales@fourwaysaircon.com.au on receiving your product. The item will then be collected from you free of charge, and a refund (or exchange, if requested) actioned once the items are returned to our warehouse.

Please ensure the following if you receive a faulty or damaged product

  • you take pictures of the faulty/damaged product as evidence as soon as the product is received
  • it is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable).
  • it is not missing any accessories or parts; and
  • you log a return on our email address us within 7 days of delivery to you; and
  • it has not been installed. If the unit has been installed standard warranty and procedures will apply
